RFQ Questions
What information is needed for an accurate quotation?+-
Provide the product, application, quantity, bag or bucket requirement, OEM scope, destination country or port, and required delivery timing. More complete requirements reduce quotation assumptions.
Can I request samples before a bulk order?+-
Yes. State the product, application, delivery address, and evaluation plan. Sample availability, courier cost, and supporting documents are confirmed case by case.
Can the quotation include private label packaging?+-
Yes. Select the OEM requirement and describe your preferred bag weight, language, artwork status, and product range. Artwork and claims require review before production.
Can you quote FOB and CIF options?+-
FOB and CIF discussions are available when the destination port, order quantity, packaging method, and loading plan are known.
Can a first order include multiple products?+-
Mixed-SKU loading can be reviewed when product, packaging, production, and loading requirements are compatible. The feasible SKU mix and quantity are confirmed in the quotation.
